半挂汽车车轴表面疤痕成因分析及改进措施

    Analysis of Causes for Surface Scarring of Semi-trailer Axle and Relevant Improvement Measures

    • 摘要: 分析了半挂汽车车轴热处理后表面凸起疤痕形成的原因,并制订了改进措施。分析表明,表面凸起疤痕存在明显的界限,疤痕处组织致密,含有异常的Cr、P、Ca等外来元素,凸起疤痕中的外来元素均能在石墨润滑剂中找到源头,因此石墨润滑剂是导致汽车车轴热处理后表面产生疤痕的主要原因。根据疤痕产生的机理,后续建议选用磷酸盐和硅酸盐含量较低的石墨润滑剂,同时保证润滑剂的纯净。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed in the paper are the causes for the raised surface scar of the semi-trailer axel as heat treated,and accordingly improvement measures are prepared.It is identified via the analysis that the said raised scar has clear boundary;the microstructure in the scar area is dense,and contains abnormal foreign elements like Cr,P,and Ca,etc.,of which all sources can be traced in the graphite lubricant that therefore is regarded as the main cause for the raised scar defect of the said semi-trailer axel.Following the mechanism as above revealed,it is suggested to use the graphite lubricant that contains rather low contents of phosphate and silicate,and to keep cleanness of the lubricant.
