Common Quality Problems of Spiral Welded Pipes and Relevant Corrective Actions

摘要: 介紹了螺旋縫焊管生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中常見(jiàn)的焊接質(zhì)量問(wèn)題以及管體壓痕現(xiàn)象。分析了導(dǎo)致這些問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的部分原因,即焊接質(zhì)量問(wèn)題通常由帶鋼和焊劑質(zhì)量問(wèn)題引起的,而管體壓痕是由成型力不合理所致。提出了相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)措施。Abstract: Described in the assey are the welding quality problems,including occurrence of pipe body crease defects as commonly encountered with during the manufacturing process of spiral weld pipes.Some of the causes for the said problems are investigated,and identified,for instance,strip steel and welding agent with questionable quality often lead to poor welding quality,while improper forming force gets occurrence of the pipe body crease defect.Accordingly,corrective actions are proposed.
