非API規(guī)格套管在彎曲井段可下入性的計算

Calculation of Accessibility of Non-API Casing through Well Bending Section

摘要: 套管在彎曲井眼里的可下入計算，是在下套管作業(yè)前判斷在彎曲井眼能否順利下入套管的重要計算依據(jù)。采用解析法和有限元法對非API規(guī)格套管在彎曲井眼里的可下入性進(jìn)行分析計算。結(jié)果表明：解析法和有限元法計算的結(jié)果基本一致；解析計算公式能夠滿足現(xiàn)場運用，為非API規(guī)格套管下入提供理論支持。

Abstract: Calculation of accessibility of casing going through well bending section is an important way to judge whether a casing is capable of going through a well bending section before the actual casing going-down operation.Using the analytical method and the finite element method(FEM), the accessibility of non-API casing going through well bending section is analyzed and calculated.It is shown that the results of the analytical method and that of the FEM are basically the same.The analytical calculating formula can meet the requirements of the field and provide theoretical support for the going-down operation of non-API casings.
