淺談CO₂對油井管的腐蝕及抗蝕套管的開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀

摘要: 介紹了石油天然氣工業(yè)中二氧化碳腐蝕的機理及影響二氧化碳腐蝕的因素,簡述了合金元素及熱處理制度對二氧化碳腐蝕的影響,簡介了國內(nèi)外研究二氧化碳腐蝕防護措施方面的進展,如高Cr耐蝕材料、緩蝕劑和防護涂料等;介紹了攀鋼集團成都鋼鐵有限責任公司利用自身設(shè)備優(yōu)勢,開發(fā)抗二氧化碳腐蝕套管的技術(shù)準備及思路。

Abstract: The discussion involves such issues as the mechanism of CO₂ corrosion and factors related to this kind of corrosion in the petroleum and natural gas industry, the effects against the corrosion by alloy elements and relevant heat treatment schedules and domestic and overseas progresses in research on protective measures against the corrosion like development of Cr corrosion-resistant material, corrosion inhibitor and anticorrosive paint, etc. Also involved here in the paper is the technical preparation and consideration by Pangang Group Chengdu I & S Co., Ltd. related to developing anti-CO₂ corrosion casing with its own equipment advantages.
