    Application of S7-300 PLC to Thrust Block of Vertical Cone Type Piercer

    • 摘要: 頂桿小車電氣控制系統(tǒng)對(duì)保證錐形輥穿孔機(jī)的正常高效運(yùn)行具有重要作用。介紹了立式錐形輥穿孔機(jī)頂桿小車電氣控制系統(tǒng)的硬件組態(tài)、直流傳動(dòng)裝置與PLC的通信及其軟件編程等。S7-300型PLC的應(yīng)用對(duì)精確控制頂桿小車的定位及過(guò)程速度起到良好的作用。

       

      Abstract: The electrical control of the thrust block is regarded as so critical for ensuring normal and highefficiency operation of the vertical cone type piercer(CTP)proper.Described here are the main aspects of the said thrust block electric control system,including the hardware configuration,the DC drive unit,and the PLC communication and related software programming,etc.The application of the S7-300 PLC plays a satisfactory role in precision-control of both positioning and process speed of the thrust block.
