488 mm孔型超設(shè)計規(guī)格毛管的開發(fā)

Development of Hollow Bloom with Size over Design by Using 488 mm Pass

摘要: Φ460 mm PQF機(jī)組生產(chǎn)超大規(guī)格產(chǎn)品時，穿孔機(jī)需要提供比原孔型外徑及徑壁比更大的毛管。為了滿足Φ473.08 mm×11.05 mm套管的生產(chǎn)要求，在新開發(fā)的488 mm孔型基礎(chǔ)上，通過優(yōu)化設(shè)計穿孔工具（頂頭和導(dǎo)板）以及改進(jìn)軋制程序，成功軋制了超設(shè)計能力的Φ533 mm×25 mm毛管，使488 mm孔型得以批量生產(chǎn)，且產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量符合相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

Abstract: The hollow bloom with larger diameter and higher diameter/thickness ratio than that of those produced by the original pass shall be provided by the piercing mill when pipe products with the size over the product outline are to be produced by 460 mm PQF Plant.In order to meet the need of production of the casing pipe with 473.08 mm diameter and 11.05 mm wall thickness, the 488 mm pass has been developed and using it the hollow bloom with 533 mm diameter and 25 mm wall thickness, which is over the design capacity, is successfully produced through optimizing design of the piercing tools(plug and guide shoe) and improving the rolling program.Now the products can be produced by the 488 mm pass in volume production with their quality conforming to related standards.
