從鉆桿管體斷裂刺漏看推廣內(nèi)涂層鉆桿的重要性
Necessity of Disseminating Internally-coated Drill Pipe to Prevent Breaking and Piercing-caused Leakage of Drill Pipe Body

摘要: 對吐哈油田勝火2號井Φ114.3 mm鉆桿斷裂失效,溫西3-517號井Φ114.3 mm鉆桿刺漏失效進(jìn)行了分析;同時(shí)分析了推廣內(nèi)涂層鉆桿的重要性和推廣過程中存在的主要問題,提出了相應(yīng)的對策。Abstract: Analyzed are two cases of drill pipe failures,i.e.,the breaking failure of the Ф114.3 mm drill pipe in Shenghuo No.2 Oil Well and the piercing-caused leakage failure of the Ф114.3 mm drill pipe in Wenxi No.3-517 Oil Well in Tuha Oil Field.Also discussed are the necessity of disseminating the internally-coated drill pipe and main problems concerning the said dissemination addressing which some countermeasures are proposed.
