    Φ100mm自動軋管機傳動元件的改進

    IMPROVEMENT OF DRIVE COMPONENTS OF Φ100mm PLUG PIPE MILL

    • 摘要: 介紹了山東煙臺鋼管總廠將Φ100mm自動軋管機膠木軸瓦改為滾動軸承以及將梅花套改為滑塊式萬向節(jié)的情況，進行了軋輥強度和剛度的校核。改進后的使用結果表明，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量提高，設備故障減少，用水減少，傳動系統(tǒng)工作平穩(wěn)，噪音小，工作環(huán)境明顯改善。

       

      Abstract: The modification of the Φ100mm plug pipe mill located at the Yantai Steel Tube General Plant,Shandong focused on the mill’s bakelite bush and the wobbler sleeve which were replaced by rolling bearing and slide-block type universal joint. The roll strength and rigidity were checked. The modified drive system has advantages namely,better tube quality,less machine failure, reduction of water consumption,smooth running and lower noise level,which results in a much better working enviornment.
