厚壁不銹鋼彎頭擴(kuò)徑推彎成型的新方法
A NEW TECHNIQUE FOR DIAMETER-EXPANDING/PUSH-BENDING FORMATION OF HEAVY WALL STAINLESS STEEL ELBOW

摘要: 厚壁不銹鋼彎頭的擴(kuò)徑推彎成型是管件生產(chǎn)的難點(diǎn)。提出了一種近似超塑變形的擴(kuò)徑推彎成型方法，并成功地用于厚壁不銹鋼彎頭的生產(chǎn)。還介紹了該成型方法的相關(guān)工藝參數(shù)。Abstract: It is rather difficult to produce heavy wall stainless steel elbow with the diameterexpanding/push-bending formation process. A new process of such kind similar to superplastic deformation was proposed and hen put into production of heavy-wall stainless steel elbow successfully. Also described in the article are relevant technological parameters of this formation process.
