環(huán)形加熱爐液壓系統(tǒng)的改造

MODIFICATION OF HYDRAULIC SYSTEM OF ROTARY HEATING FURNACE

摘要: 簡述了廣州鋼鐵股份有限公司無縫鋼管分廠環(huán)形加熱爐液壓系統(tǒng)改造前存在的問題。介紹了改造后所采用的具有自動卸壓裝置和按國家現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)計制造的密封式液壓系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成、傳動原理和優(yōu)點。生產(chǎn)實踐表明，該密封式液壓系統(tǒng)運行狀況良好，調(diào)整和維護(hù)監(jiān)控方便，設(shè)備故障率下降了80％，能滿足生產(chǎn)需要。

Abstract: The paper describes briefly the problems with the hydraulic system of the rotary heating furnace at the seamless steel division,Guangzhou I & S Co., Ltd. before the modification,and introduces the auto-pressure-relief unit and the enclosed hydraulic system designed and manufactured as Per relevant current Chinese specification in terms of configuration,drive principle and advantages,both are employed as the result of the modification. Relevant operational practice has shown that the said enclosed hydraulic system is capable of satisfactory operation and easy for adjustment/monitoring/maintenance,which results in a reduction of machine failuretate by 80%.The system is up the requirement for the production.
