    Analysis of Causes for Fracture of Roll of Φ140 mm Plug Pipe Mill

    • 摘要: 從實(shí)物斷面、金相組織方面分析了Φ140 mm自動(dòng)軋管機(jī)軋輥斷裂的原因。結(jié)果表明:由于軋輥的化學(xué)成分中S元素嚴(yán)重超標(biāo)和基體組織不正常(球化率低,滲碳體數(shù)量過(guò)高等),是導(dǎo)致軋輥機(jī)械性能顯著下降,造成軋輥斷裂的主要原因。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed are the causes for fracture of roll of the Φ140 mm plug pipe mill by means of examination of the fracture proper, and the metallographic structure of the roll. As a result, it is revealed that serioursly excessive S content and abnormal base structure (i.e., low spheroidization rate and rather high cementite amount, etc) . of the roll material jointly lead to remarkably going down of the roll's mechanical properties, which is mainly responsible for fracture of the roll.
