    典型輥系鋼管矯直機(jī)矯直盲區(qū)的研究

    Study on Blind Area of Steel Pipe Straightening Machine with Typical Roll Arrangement

    • 摘要: 主要研究了交錯(cuò)輥式和對(duì)置輥式兩種典型輥系鋼管矯直機(jī)在矯直工藝中產(chǎn)生的矯直盲區(qū)現(xiàn)象。分析了這兩種鋼管矯直機(jī)矯直盲區(qū)的形成原因,以及矯直盲區(qū)的位置與大小,并通過(guò)分析影響矯直盲區(qū)范圍的輥距、有效輥身長(zhǎng)度和輾壓重疊系數(shù)等因素,提出了減小鋼管矯直盲區(qū)以及提高鋼管矯直質(zhì)量的方法。

       

      Abstract: Discussed in the article is the straightening blind area as encountered with during the operations of both the typical cross-roll straightener and the opposed-roll straightener. And also analyzed are the formation reasons, location and size of such blind area of these two types of straighteners. Other elements which affect the range of the blind area are analyzed,too,including roll space,working length of the roll,and rolling overlap coefficient,etc. As a result,methods for reducing the blind area and improving the pipe straightening quality are proposed.
