    Research & Development of System for Welded Pipe Mill Roll Characteristic Shaping

    • 摘要: 簡述了焊管軋輥三維特征造型技術(shù)的原理,并以VisualC++6.0為開發(fā)語言,在MDT環(huán)境下,利用AutoCAD中ObjectARX面向?qū)ο蟮拈_發(fā)技術(shù),采用基于軋輥形狀特征的原理,綜合利用參數(shù)化設(shè)計技術(shù),開發(fā)出焊管軋輥特征造型系統(tǒng)從而實現(xiàn)了軋輥孔型設(shè)計軋輥零件參數(shù)化繪圖及三維特征造型設(shè)計的一體化

       

      Abstract: Briefed in the paper is the principle of the technology of welded pipe mill roll three-dimensional characteristic shaping. With Visual C++ 6.0 as the development language and ObjectARX in the AutoCAD as the development technology, the system for welded tube mill roll characteristic shaping is successfully developed under the MDT environment and by means of the roll profile characteristics-based principle and the pamameterization design technology, resulting in the integration of roll groove design, roll part parameterization plotting and three-dimensional characteristic shaping.
