摘要: 介紹了Φ660 mm HFW生產(chǎn)線的工藝特點(diǎn)及設(shè)備的優(yōu)勢(shì)與特性，包括主機(jī)設(shè)備、無(wú)損檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)、焊縫熱處理系統(tǒng)、精整線、理化檢測(cè)設(shè)備、生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)，并就各關(guān)鍵設(shè)備對(duì)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的保證能力進(jìn)行了論述。該生產(chǎn)線試生產(chǎn)的X70鋼級(jí)Φ660.0 mm×17.5 mm、X52鋼級(jí)Φ660.0 mm×22.2 mm、P110及N80鋼級(jí)Φ244.48 mm×11.00 mm套管及超大徑厚比X52鋼級(jí)Φ610.0 mm×6.3 mm、X42鋼級(jí)Φ508 mm×5 mm管線鋼管均符合API標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。

Abstract: Elaborated in the paper are process characteristics and equipment advantages and features of the Φ660 mm HFW pipe production line，involving the pipe mill proper，the NDT systems，the weld heat treatment systems，the finishing section，the physiochemical testing devices and facilities，and the production management system，etc.The product quality assurance ability of each individual key equipment unit is discussed. Pipes as trial manufactured with the said production line are all in conformity with applicable API specifications，including the Φ660.0 mm×17.5 mm X70 casing，the Φ660.0 mm×22.2 mm X52 casing and the Φ244.48 mm×11.00 mm P110 & N80 casings，and the Φ610.0 mm×6.3 mm X52 & Φ508 mm×5 mm X42 extra-D/S heavy-wall linepipes.
