    俄羅斯泰納線輸油管線工程用K60鋼級直縫埋弧焊管的殘余應力測試分析

    Measurement and Analysis of Residual Stress of SSAW Pipe in K60 Steel Produced for Russian Tajset-Perevoznaya Bay Oil Pipeline Project

    • 摘要: 以巨龍鋼管有限公司生產的俄羅斯泰納線輸油管線工程用K60鋼級直縫埋弧焊管為測試用管,采用切塊法測試了直縫埋弧焊管擴徑前后的殘余應力變化,并對鋼管殘余應力的分布特征及擴徑對殘余應力的改善效果進行了分析。測試分析表明:鋼管擴徑前存在較大的殘余應力,擴徑對消除鋼管殘余應力效果明顯。

       

      Abstract: Taking the SSAW pipe in K60 steel as produced for Russian Tajset-Perevoznaya Bay Oil Pipeline Project as the testing pipe,the change of the residual stress of the SSAW pipe before and after expanding is measured by means of cutting the pipe into test pieces,and distribution characteristics of the pipe’s residual stress as well as the improvement of the residual stress as resulting from the expanding process are analyzed.The said measurement and analysis results show that there exists considerable residual stress of the pipe before expanding,and the expanding process contributes to significantly reducing the said residual stress.
