Development and Prospect of Domestic Manufacturing Technology of Weld Pipes for Long-distance Oil/Gas Pipeline

摘要: 總結(jié)了我國油氣長輸管線用螺旋和直縫焊接鋼管生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的發(fā)展情況。重點介紹了“西氣東輸”工程對我國油氣長輸管線用大口徑螺旋焊管和直縫埋弧焊管生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的巨大推動作用,國外大口徑直縫焊管技術(shù)的發(fā)展狀況,國內(nèi)外油氣長輸管線管生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的對比及我國存在的差距。展望了我國油氣長輸管線用焊接鋼管生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的發(fā)展方向。

Abstract: Development of the domestic manufacturing technologies of the spiral and straight weld pipes for service of long-distance oil/gas pipelines is summarized, and tremendous promotion by China′s "West-East Gas Transportation Pipeline Project" of the said technologies elaborated; the development situation of large-sized straight weld pipe manufacturing technologies abroad and a comparison in the technologies between the domestic sector and its foreign counterpart are made, and then, the gap identified. At last, the development trend of domestic manufacturing technologies of the spiral and straight weld pipes for service of long-distance oil/gas pipelines is forecast.
