    雙相鋼鋼管的試驗(yàn)研究

    EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION ON DUAL-PHASE STEEL PIPE

    • 摘要: 低碳錳硅鋼無縫管采用臺(tái)階淬火和臨界區(qū)熱處理工藝而獲得雙相組織。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:雙相組織的力學(xué)性能遠(yuǎn)高于通常的鐵索體+珠光體組織;在一定條件下,雙相組織具有更好的耐蝕性,Ca(OH)2有明顯的緩蝕作用;采用臺(tái)階淬火工藝,不含Cr、Mo的低碳錳硅鋼也易于獲得熱軋雙相組織。

       

      Abstract: The dual-phase structure of the low-carbon Mn-Si steel for seamless pipe can be obtained by applying the process of step-quenching and boundary zone heat-treatment. The test result shows that the mechanical properties of the dual-phase structure are much higher than those of ferritic plus pearlitic structures, that the dual-phase structure is of better corrosion resistance in some cases for Ca(OH)2 has corrosion-moderating effects, and that hot-rolling dual-phase structure of the low-carbon Mn-Si steel without Cr and Mo can be easily obtained with the step-quenching process.
