    改進(jìn)斜軋管材延伸機(jī)的新途徑

    A New Approach to Improving Rotary Rolling Pipe Elongating Mill

    • 摘要: 針對(duì)現(xiàn)代常見(jiàn)斜軋管材延伸機(jī)的幾何模型,運(yùn)用4個(gè)數(shù)學(xué)方程組計(jì)算變形區(qū)軋輥與軋件接觸點(diǎn)的縱、橫向速度,定量分析了其各自的缺點(diǎn)。在此基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用4個(gè)數(shù)學(xué)方程組進(jìn)行優(yōu)化計(jì)算,得到一個(gè)合理的、新的斜軋管材延伸機(jī)的幾何模型,從而找到了改進(jìn)斜軋管材延伸機(jī)的新途徑。

       

      Abstract: Addressing the commonly-used several geometrical models for the rotary-rolling pipe elongating mill, four mathematic equation sets are used to conduct the calculation of the longitudinal and transversal velocities at the roll-material contacting points in the deformation zone, and quantitatively analyze the shortcomings of each model. Based on the analysis, the four equation set are again employed to make the calculation for optimization purpose, resulting in a new reasonable geometrical model for the rotary-rolling pipe elongator, and thus providing a new approach to improving thereof.
