鉆桿摩擦焊接焊縫及熱影響區(qū)的組織和力學(xué)性能
Discussion on Metallographic Structure and Mechanical Property of Weld and HAZ of Friction-welded Drill Pipe

摘要: 對鉆桿摩擦焊接焊縫及熱影響區(qū)的組織和力學(xué)性能進行了觀察和測定。結(jié)果表明,鉆桿摩擦焊接焊縫及熱影響區(qū)的結(jié)構(gòu)共分為9個區(qū);管體端熱影響區(qū)的邊緣區(qū)拉伸強度最低;焊縫的沖擊功最低。建議對焊縫及其熱處理工藝作進一步研究。Abstract: Observed and tested are the metallographic structure and mechanical properties of the weld and HAZ of the friction-welded drill pipe. The results show that the structure the weld and the HAZ contains 9 areas, and that the minimum tensile strength exists in the rim area of the HAZ of the pipe end, while the minimum impact stays with the weld. It is proposed to make further study on the weld itself and the weld heat treatment process.
