熱軋鋼管潤滑劑試驗研究
EXPERIMEMT ON LUBRICANT FOR HOT-ROLLED STEEL PIPES

摘要: 介紹了采用正交試驗優(yōu)選潤滑劑最佳配方的有效性,研制了以石墨、多聚磷酸鹽和硼化物為主要成分的水基熱軋鋼管潤滑劑。試驗證明,該潤滑劑在500℃、700℃和800℃時的摩擦系數(shù)分別為0.015,0.065,0.100,只要添加劑適量,涂抹溫度適當,使用效果良好。Abstract: The introduction presented here covers the optimization of the formula for the hot-rolled steel pipe lubricant with the method of right-angle experiments and the development of a water base pipe lubricant mainly containing graphite,polyphosphate and boride.The experimental results show that the friction factors of the said lubricant are respectively 0.015 at 500℃,0.065 at 700℃and 0.100 at 800℃,which means that the operation performance will be satisfactory provided proper control of the additive amount and required temperature for application are ensured.
