    錐段轉(zhuǎn)鼓的立式離心鑄造工藝

    Vertical Centrifugal Casting Process for Coned Drum

    • 摘要: 分析了常規(guī)立式離心鑄造工藝生產(chǎn)錐段轉(zhuǎn)鼓時,產(chǎn)生氣孔、夾砂、縮凹等缺陷的原因;通過增加砂芯的方法對常規(guī)立式離心鑄造用鑄型進行改進。生產(chǎn)結(jié)果表明:鑄型中增加砂芯后,有效地控制了錐段轉(zhuǎn)鼓的加工余量,工藝出品率高,且生產(chǎn)的錐段轉(zhuǎn)鼓無氣孔、夾砂、縮凹等缺陷,無焊縫,可滿足在特殊應(yīng)用環(huán)境下對錐段轉(zhuǎn)鼓無縫化制造的要求。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed here in the paper are the causes for development of defects like porosity,sand inclusion,and sink of the coned drum asmade with conventional vertical centrifugal casting process.Accordingly,the casting mould of the conventional vertical casting process ismodified by means of adding the sand core.Result of the actual operation shows that thanks to addition of the sand core to the castingmould,the machining allowance of the coned drum is properly controlled,and thus the process yield is enhanced.Moreover,the coned drum it self as castwith the modified mould is free of weld seam,and defects like porosity,sand inclusion and sink.This modified vertical centrifugal casting process is capable ofmeeting the requirement for making seamless coned drum to be used under special service conditions.
