    圓管任意角度切平面曲線的簡(jiǎn)易劃線方法

    An Easy-to-use Marking-off Method for Producing Tangential Plane Curve at Any Angle on Round Pipe

    • 摘要: 圓管劃切平面曲線是制作彎頭的重要步驟。簡(jiǎn)易的圓管斜切平面劃線方法,不需制作劃線樣板,只需計(jì)算并確定出彎頭圓周等分線素線長(zhǎng)度點(diǎn)的位置并標(biāo)示在圓管上,連接各點(diǎn)便可直接劃切平面曲線,再切割、組對(duì)得到任意角度和任意直徑的圓管彎頭。

       

      Abstract: It is a critical operation step for manufacturing elbow pipe to make tangential plane curve on the round pipe. An easy-to-use marking-off method is introduced, which involves no need of any template, but only requires few steps, i.e., first identifying all the prime line length-points of the elbow circumfere nce bisector by means of rough calculation, then marking the points on the round pipe and connecting them to get the desired tangential plane curve based on which elbow with any angle and any diameter can be made via cutting and pairing.
