摘要: 介紹了寶鋼油井管水淬熱處理技術(shù)的開發(fā)情況。其中重點介紹了水淬工藝及經(jīng)水淬后鋼管的平直度、硬度均勻性和機械性能。研究表明,寶鋼油井管經(jīng)水淬熱處理后的內(nèi)在質(zhì)量達到世界先進水平。Abstract: The paper introduces the development of the water-quench heat treatment of oil-well tubulars by Baosteel Co., Ltd., focusing on the water-quench process proper and the straightness, hardness uniformity and mechanical properties of the water-quenched steel tube. The research result shows that the Baosteel-produced oil-well tubulars heat treated with water-quench have been up to relevant world level in terms of internal quality.
