    采用冷加工方法生產(chǎn)管端加厚鉆桿的工藝探討

    APPROACHES TO THE COLD UPSETTING PROCESS FOR DRILL PIPE ENDS

    • 摘要: 本文提出的冷拔加厚鉆桿兩端的生產(chǎn)工藝優(yōu)于目前的鉆桿加工方法,采用此技術加工增厚鉆桿具有等強度,性能均一,不易折斷,可重復多次加工的優(yōu)點。

       

      Abstract: The upsettig process for both ends of drill pipe by cold drawing described here is superior to the tranditional process. The drill pipe upsets by the process have equilibrium st rength, uniform property and high fracture performance, and can be machined many times.
