摘要: 通過分析武鋼集團(tuán)漢口軋鋼廠Ф114 mm CPE機(jī)組徑向滑塊式縮口機(jī)的工藝特點(diǎn),提出了縮口鉗孔型的設(shè)計(jì)方法。經(jīng)生產(chǎn)驗(yàn)證,該縮口機(jī)縮口效果較好,其頂管成材率和作業(yè)率均有較大提高。Abstract: The method for design of the pointing tong is developed on the basis of analysis of the technological characteristics of the radial slide block type pointing machine of the Ф 114 mm CPE pipe mill located at Hankou Steel Rolling Plant, Wugang Group. Relevant operation practice shows that with the said design method, satisfactory pointing operation is ensured so as to get both the yield and availability of the push bench mill considerably enhanced.
