TP-JC特殊螺紋接頭的開發(fā)及應(yīng)用

Development and Application of TP-JC Premium Thread Connection

摘要: 針對API EU外加厚螺紋接頭存在的接頭應(yīng)力高、上扣控制困難、可修復(fù)性差等問題，研制出可保證氣密性且成本低的TP-JC特殊螺紋接頭油套管。對該產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)及應(yīng)用情況進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)介紹，該產(chǎn)品通過了ISO 13679 ∶2002 CALⅡ（簡化版）實物性能試驗，抗螺紋黏結(jié)性能、密封完整性、結(jié)構(gòu)完整性均達(dá)到了產(chǎn)品設(shè)計要求，并在油田完成了相應(yīng)的下井及密封試驗。

Abstract: Addressing the problems related to the API EU externally-upset thread connection such as excessive stress, hard screwing up, and poor reworkability, etc., the TP-JC premium thread connection for oil tubing/casing featuring good gas-tightness and high cost effectiveness is developed. Here in the paper the development and application result of the premium connection are detailed.This newly-developed product has been ISO 13679-certified, and relevant physical tests have been also conducted to it as per Specification 2002 CAL II(simplified version), and its performance against thread galling, tightening integrity, and structural completeness have been up to the product design criteria. Moreover, the in-well operation and tightening testing have been performed in the oil field.
