摘要: 鋼管管號(hào)自動(dòng)識(shí)別是國(guó)內(nèi)焊管生產(chǎn)企業(yè)信息化建設(shè)過(guò)程中遇到的共同課題。針對(duì)焊管企業(yè)在眾多識(shí)別技術(shù)中難以取舍的問(wèn)題,對(duì)比分析了目前鋼管管號(hào)的人工、圖像、顏色、條形碼、RFID、自動(dòng)邏輯等識(shí)別技術(shù)的原理及其優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),探討了這些識(shí)別技術(shù)在焊管生產(chǎn)中的開(kāi)發(fā)應(yīng)用前景,有利于焊管企業(yè)找到符合自身特點(diǎn)的管號(hào)跟蹤技術(shù)。

Abstract: Identification of the steel pipe No. is regarded as a common issue to be resolved during the informationization construction process of domestic weld pipe makers. Addressing the fact that it is so difficult for the weld pipe maker to make the choice when facing lots of identification techniques,the principles and advantages and disadvantages of the currently-used steel pipe No. identification techniques are comparatively analyzed,including such identification process types as manual,picture,color,bar code,RFID,and automatic logic,etc. Furthermore,application prospects of these techniques are discussed,which will be beneficial for the weld pipe manufacturer to finally determine the steel pipe No. tracking technique that suits for his own production characteristics.
