    Current Situation of Research on Failure Analysis and FE Analysis of Drill Pipe Upset Transition Area

    • 摘要: 石油鉆桿在服役環(huán)境中要受到介質(zhì)腐蝕和高溫、高壓等方面的影響,其受力狀態(tài)十分復(fù)雜,以致失效事故頻發(fā),對(duì)失效鉆桿進(jìn)行失效分析與評(píng)價(jià)有助于減少或延緩鉆桿失效事故的發(fā)生。介紹了石油鉆桿加厚過(guò)渡區(qū)失效分析與有限元分析的研究現(xiàn)狀。指出下一步應(yīng)著重研究超長(zhǎng)Miu長(zhǎng)度鉆桿的失效特征、失效機(jī)理與失效原因,以及采用三維有限元技術(shù)對(duì)在拉伸、彎曲、扭轉(zhuǎn)復(fù)合載荷作用下的鉆桿加厚過(guò)渡區(qū)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的力學(xué)分析。

       

      Abstract: Under multiple influences by elements like medium corrosion,high temperature and high pressure,etc.,loading state of the oil drill pipe as being operated is so complicated that failures are caused frequently. Analysis and evaluation of failure of the drill pipe are helpful to reducing or postponing occurrence of such failure. Introduced here in the essay is the current situation of research on failure analysis and FE analysis of drill pipe upset transition area. It is emphasized that the research activities to be conducted next should focus on the characteristics,mechanism and causes of failure of the ultra-long Miu drill pipe,and using the 3-D FE technique to conduct systmatic mechanical analysis of the drill pipe upset transition area under the influence by the tension-bendingtorsion combined load.
