    • 摘要: 為了滿足國內(nèi)濃硝酸生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的用材需求,浙江久立集團(tuán)湖州久立不銹鋼管有限公司與北京科冶鋼材有限責(zé)任公司共同研制出濃硝酸用KY704高硅奧氏體不銹鋼無縫管。詳細(xì)介紹了KY704鋼管主要生產(chǎn)工藝的選擇、試制開發(fā)過程、主要工藝特點(diǎn)與技術(shù)攻關(guān)以及實(shí)測(cè)結(jié)果。

       

      Abstract: To meet the demand for steel products by the domestic concentrated nitric acid producers, the seamless tube of KY704 hi-silica austenitic stainless steel for nitric acid service has been jointly developed by Huzhou Jiuli Stainless Steel Tube Co., Ltd., Zejiang Jiuli Corp. and Beijing Keye Steel Products Co., Ltd. Detailed in the paper are such aspects concerning the said product as selection of the key manufacturing processes, the R & D course, main technological characteristics, solution of crucial technical issues as well as actual test and measurement data.
