    鉆桿直線度盲區(qū)在線全自動檢測矯直技術(shù)

    Technology of On-line Full-automatic Inspection and Straightening of Drill Pipe Straightness Blind Area

    • 摘要: 針對鉆桿直線度盲區(qū)人工檢測與矯直方法存在的缺陷,提出了一種基于多位移傳感器、壓力矯直機以及工控機等組成的鉆桿直線度盲區(qū)在線全自動檢測矯直技術(shù)。對系統(tǒng)數(shù)學(xué)模型、結(jié)構(gòu)和檢測矯直算法進行了研究。實踐表明,本技術(shù)效率與精度高、穩(wěn)定可靠,解決了鉆桿直線度盲區(qū)檢測與矯直的技術(shù)難題。

       

      Abstract: Addressing the shortcomings related to the method of manual inspection and straightening of drill pipe straightness blind area, an on-line full automatic inspection and straightening technology is proposed, which is based on the multi-displacement transducer, pressure straightener and operation controller, etc. Studies are conducted to the system mathematic model and the structure and the inspection and straightening algorithm. The operation practice has proven that owing to the high efficiency and accuracy and consistency as provided by the said technology, the chronic technical difficulty concerning inspection and straightening of drill pipe straightness blind area has been tackled.
