    雙管全自動水壓試驗機組的開發(fā)

    Development of Dual-pipe Fully-automatic Hydrostatic Testing System

    • 摘要: 由于進(jìn)口的水壓試驗機組不僅不能滿足國內(nèi)市場的需求而且價格高,因此國內(nèi)急需研制生產(chǎn)工藝先進(jìn)、自動化程度高、節(jié)奏快的水壓試驗機組。中國重型機械研究院為此開發(fā)出Φ48~178 mm雙管全自動水壓試驗機組。重點介紹了該機組的工藝參數(shù)、設(shè)備性能和組成及其功能、生產(chǎn)工藝流程及其特點等。

       

      Abstract: Hydrostatic testing systems featuring technological advancement, high automation level and fast operation cycle are badly needed to be developed due to the fact that the imported similar systems not only fail to meet the domestic market demand, but also are too expensive.Therefore China Heavy Machinery Research Academe has developed Φ48~178 mm dual-pipe fully-automatic hydrostatic testing system.Elaborated in the paper are the main aspects of the system, including technological parameters, equipment characteristics/composition and functions, and process flows and characteristics, etc.
