摘要: 從鋼管銷售量、盈利能力、市場(chǎng)分布、資產(chǎn)負(fù)債情況和償債能力等方面，分析了2014年Tenaris和Vallourec兩大鋼管集團(tuán)的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)情況。分析認(rèn)為：2014年Tenaris集團(tuán)和Vallourec集團(tuán)的經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況都在下滑，北美成為兩大鋼管企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)銷售收入快速增長(zhǎng)的市場(chǎng)；Tenaris和Vallourec兩大鋼管集團(tuán)對(duì)油價(jià)下跌所帶來(lái)的后果都做了較充分的預(yù)期和準(zhǔn)備。Abstract: Analyzed in the paper are the 2014 production and operation situations of Tenaris and Vallourec，the world’s two steel tube-making giants in terms of sales volume， profitability， market distribution， assets and liabilities， and debt-paying ability， etc.As a result， it is identified that the operation performances of the two groups more or less declined in the year，whereas the Northern America region has now become the potential market for possible fast growth thereof.The two steel tube groups both had got well ready for the foreseeable consequences of the coming great global oil price fell.
