    Research on Full-Automatic Hydrostatic Testing Machine with 200 MPa for Φ323 mm Steel Pipes

    • 摘要: 介紹了Φ323 mm 200 MPa全自動(dòng)鋼管水壓試驗(yàn)機(jī)的設(shè)備組成、工藝流程、各部分機(jī)械的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)及作用等;論述了該設(shè)備應(yīng)用的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。分析認(rèn)為:Φ323 mm鋼管內(nèi)200 MPa水壓的增壓、密封和精準(zhǔn)的壓力檢測(cè)是設(shè)計(jì)難點(diǎn),超高壓元件及超高壓水路閥控系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)是設(shè)計(jì)關(guān)鍵。該試驗(yàn)機(jī)采用的超高壓增壓技術(shù)、分步增壓技術(shù)、超高壓水路閥控系統(tǒng)等,保證了設(shè)備的良好運(yùn)行。

       

      Abstract: The equipment composition, process flow and mechanical structure features and functions of a fullautomatic hydrostatic testing machine with 200 MPa for Φ323 mm steel pipes are described and the key technology of the machine is discussed.Analysis shows that the design difficulties are 200 MPa water pressure boosting inside Φ323 mm pipes, sealing and accurate pressure detection and the key points in design are the ultra-high pressure elements and ultra-high pressure water valve control system.The ultra-high pressure boosting technology, step by step pressure boosting technology and ultra-high pressure water valve control system adopted in the machine can ensure the machine in good operation.
