    Application of Technique of 1.5 Spiral Space between I nternal and External Welding Points to 2-step Process for Spiral Welded Pipe

    • 摘要: 析精焊機(jī)組內(nèi)外焊點(diǎn)相差0.5/1.5個(gè)螺距的焊接工藝特點(diǎn),根據(jù)卷板的化學(xué)成分和碳當(dāng)量及硬度設(shè)計(jì)焊接工藝參數(shù),對(duì)比焊后鋼管焊縫的力學(xué)性能、宏觀形貌和顯微組織以及硬度。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:內(nèi)焊預(yù)熱及焊接熱循環(huán)對(duì)焊縫組織的影響表現(xiàn)在焊縫金相組織類型沒(méi)有發(fā)生太大變化,但各種組織的形態(tài)、大小、數(shù)量以及原奧氏體晶粒大小有些差異?內(nèi)外焊點(diǎn)相差1.5個(gè)螺距的焊縫夏比沖擊功較0.5個(gè)螺距焊接提高約30 J.特別是對(duì)硬度影響較為明顯,可以滿足X70M鋼級(jí)螺旋縫焊管焊縫硬度小于250 HVl0的要求。

       

      Abstract: Analyzed here in the essay are the teeh nological characteristics of the final welding process associated with a 1.5 spiral space between the internal and external welding points.Based on chemical composition,carbon equivalent and hardness of the steel coil,the welding process parameters are designed.And the mechanical properties,macro morphology and micro structure,and hardness of the weld seam of the pipe as welded are compared.The test result indicates that there is little change with type of the weld seam metallurgical structure as resulting from the influence by internal weld pre-heating and welding heat cycle.However,it is observed that there are some changes in shapes,sizes and quantity of different kinds of structures as well as sizes of the original austenite grain.The Charpy impact of the weld seam with a 1.5 spiral space between the internal and the external welding points is about 30 J higher than that with a 0.5 spiral space.And in particular,the influence on hardness is rather obvious,having met the specified requirement that weld seam hardness of the X70M HSAW pipe should be less than 250 HV 10.
