    KEY POINTS CONCERNING DESIGN OF HOT-DIP GALVANIZING FURNACE

    • 摘要: 根據(jù)熱鍍鋅爐的一般設(shè)計原則和熱量分配原則,提出降低鋅鍋外壁溫度、調(diào)整給熱系數(shù)、保證供熱強度均勻的設(shè)計要點和方法,這種方法可有效地降低鋅耗,延長鋅鍋壽命。

       

      Abstract: Based on the general design principles and heat distribution theory concerning the hot-dip galvanizing furnace,key points and some methods for designing of the said furnace are concluded to reduce zinc bath temperature,adjust coefficient of heat supply and ensure uniform heat supply strength,hence cut down zinc consumption considerably and provide a longer service life of the furnace.
