基于ABAQUS特殊螺紋接頭的螺紋參數(shù)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)

ABAQUS Premium Connection-based Optimized Design of Thread Parameters

摘要: 利用ABAQUE有限元仿真軟件分析Ф244.48 mm×11.99 mm規(guī)格某特殊螺紋接頭，研究不同螺紋參數(shù)對(duì)其結(jié)構(gòu)完整性和密封完整性的影響，并優(yōu)化特殊螺紋接頭參數(shù)。優(yōu)化后的特殊螺紋接頭參數(shù)為：螺距4～5牙/in，承載面角度－4°～－3°，導(dǎo)向面角度10°～25°，鼻端長(zhǎng)度13～20 mm，密封面采用錐面/弧面配合。分析認(rèn)為：優(yōu)化后的螺紋接頭模型具有良好的連接強(qiáng)度和優(yōu)異的密封性能，其螺紋接頭性能優(yōu)于國內(nèi)某特殊螺紋接頭和國際某典型特殊螺紋接頭。

Abstract: A certain Ф244.48 mm×11.99 mm premium connection is analyzed with the ABAQUE finite element(FE)simulation software so as to study the effect by different thread parameters on the structural integrity and the sealing integrity thereof.And the parameters of the premium connection are optimized,resulting in parameters i.e.,pitch:4~5 tooth/in;bearing surface angle:-4°~-3°;guiding surface angle:10°~25°;nose end length:13~20 mm;and conical surface/curved surface-matched sealing surface.The analysis result shows that the optimized premium connection model features good joint strength and excellent sealing performance,and that the thread connection performance is better than a certain home-made premium connection,and a certain foreign-made well-known premium connection as well.
