    MANDREL LUBRICANT FOR MANUFACTURE OF HOT-ROLLED SEAMLESS STEEL TUBES

    • 摘要: 介紹了用于熱軋無縫鋼管芯棒的新型石墨潤滑劑的高溫潤滑性能,潤滑機(jī)組及工業(yè)使用情況。實(shí)踐證明,新型石墨潤滑劑完全滿足熱軋無縫鋼管的工藝要求,并與進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品性能相似,且具有操作簡便、環(huán)境污染小等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

       

      Abstract: Described in the paper are the anti-hi temperature lubrication performance,lubrication mechanisms and industrial application of the newly developed graphite lubricant for mandrel service in manufacturing hot-rolled seamless steel tubes.It has been proven via relevant operation that the said new lubricant is quite up to relative technological criteria for manufacture of hot-rolled seamless steel tubes and that compared with similar products imported from abroad,it provides such advantages as easy-to-operate,pollution reducing and so on.
