    U型高壓加熱器管的研制

    DEVELOPMENT OF U TYPE HIGH-PRESSURE HEATER PIPE

    • 摘要: 介紹了誠(chéng)德鋼管集團(tuán)公司與上海電站設(shè)各成套研究所共同研制U型高壓加熱器管所采用的優(yōu)質(zhì)管坯、先進(jìn)生產(chǎn)工藝和技術(shù)關(guān)鍵，以及特定的工藝裝備和檢測(cè)手段。檢驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明，該產(chǎn)品的各項(xiàng)技術(shù)指標(biāo)均達(dá)到產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和技術(shù)協(xié)議要求．

       

      Abstract: The paper introduces the development of U type high-Pressure heater pipe jointly conducted by Chengde Steel Tube Group CorP. and shanghai Reacarch Institute for Power generation Equipment Set,covering such aspects as the quality blanks used,the advanced manufacturing process and technical tips and special process equipment and inspection/testing facilities. Relevant inspection results show that all the technical norms of the saia pipe are up to the applicable specification and requirements as specified in the technical agreement.
