    張力減徑焊管的壓扁性能研究

    Research on Flattening Property of Stretch-reduced Welded Tube

    • 摘要: 研究了高頻焊接鋼管在焊接及熱軋張力減徑后組織和壓扁性能的變化。研究結果表明:高頻焊接過程除造成焊接熱影響區(qū)與基體的組織差異外,還改變了鋼中金屬流線的方向和連續(xù)性;焊管經(jīng)熱軋張力減徑后,隨變形量的增加而變化的熱影響區(qū)組織與基體組織趨于一致;焊接過程中金屬流線方向的改變及鋼中夾雜物數(shù)量較多,將導致壓扁試驗時斷口多在焊接熱影響區(qū)一側(cè)。

       

      Abstract: The research is focused on changes of the structure and flattening property of the hi-frequency welded tube after welding and hot-rolling/stretch-reducing. The research reveals that the hi-frequency welding process not only causes the difference between the structure of the metal under the thermal effect by welding and the structure of the base metal, but also makes changes of orientation and continuity of the metal flow line in the steel; after hot-rolling/stretch-reducing the said structure of the metal under thermal effect and structure of the base metal, both changing along with the increase of the deformation amount of the work piece become similar; change of the metal flow line orientation during welding and the significant amount of inclusions in the steel are responsible for the fact that during flattening test, the fracture quite often take places at the side of the test piece under thermal effect by the welding.
