Design for Product Mix Expansion-aimed Modification of Rolling Frame of 3-roll Mandrel Pipe Mill

摘要: 在三輥連軋管機(jī)軋制機(jī)架的擴(kuò)大產(chǎn)品規(guī)格改造中，為了降低改造成本、減少改造項(xiàng)目，提出一種將軋輥裝配的軸承浮動端和固定端互調(diào)，同時(shí)減小浮動端軸承座安裝用定位銷規(guī)格的改造設(shè)計(jì)。通過力能參數(shù)以及設(shè)備空間的位置校核，證明該改造設(shè)計(jì)方案滿足擴(kuò)大產(chǎn)品規(guī)格改造要求，且具有改造投入少、改造項(xiàng)目少等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

Abstract: For the product mix expansion-aimed modification of the rolling frame of the 3-roll mandrel mill, a design scheme is proposed aiming at reducing the modification investment and minimizing the modification involvement.Following the design proposal, the floating end and the fixed end of the roll bearing shall be exchanged, and meanwhile the size of the positioning pin for mounting the floating bearing seat shall be reduced.Thanks to checking/ratification of relevant mechanical parameters and the equipment space positions, it is proved that this very modification idea is satisfactory to the requirements of the general product mix expansion-aimed modification of the mill, and in possession of such advantages as low investment and small modification involvement.
