    斜軋擴(kuò)徑生產(chǎn)工藝芻議

    • 摘要: 簡述了斜軋擴(kuò)徑工藝的發(fā)展過程和應(yīng)用情況。介紹了斜軋擴(kuò)徑機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)、軋輥布置及調(diào)整方式、特點(diǎn),以及斜軋擴(kuò)徑的生產(chǎn)工藝流程和變形特點(diǎn)。初步分析了天津鋼管集團(tuán)股份有限公司Φ720 mm斜軋擴(kuò)管擴(kuò)徑機(jī)組試生產(chǎn)期間的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量及影響因素,該試生產(chǎn)結(jié)果表明斜軋擴(kuò)徑機(jī)可軋制徑壁比大于50的薄壁管;生產(chǎn)的部分產(chǎn)品填補(bǔ)了國內(nèi)空白,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量達(dá)到或接近國外同類產(chǎn)品的實(shí)物質(zhì)量。

       

      Abstract: Briefly described in the article are the development and application of the rotary-expanding process. Detailed are such aspects of the rotary expander,covering structure,roll arrangement and roll-setting mode and features as well as the manufacture process flow and deformation characteristics. An initial investigation is made into the quality and quality-affecting factors of the products as made from the trial production of the Φ720 mm rotary expander plant as located in Tianjin Steel Pipe Group Corp. Ltd. The said trial production demonstrates that the rotary expander is capable of producing light-wall tubes with D/S ratio over 50. Part of the products as rolled by the mill are the first of their kinds in the domestic circles,and the product quality is close to or even up to the physical quality of similar products as produced overseas.
