摘要: 經(jīng)對(duì)我國(guó)第一套φ102mm頂管機(jī)組生產(chǎn)的鋼管和機(jī)組主要設(shè)備的力能參數(shù)測(cè)試表明,該機(jī)組可軋制出質(zhì)量?jī)?yōu)于國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的無(wú)縫鋼管;主要設(shè)備的力能參數(shù)基本達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)要求;測(cè)試期間機(jī)組小時(shí)產(chǎn)量巳超過設(shè)計(jì)水平。該機(jī)型可作為我國(guó)中小型無(wú)縫鋼管車間技術(shù)改造選用機(jī)型。Abstract: The Performance parameter tests of the first set of domestically-made 102mm push bench and its pipe products show that the mill can produce seamless steel tube with quality better than the state standard, that the main equipment performance parameters can basically meet the design requirements and that the output per hour during testing exceeded data. The new push bench can be selected for technical modification of small-and medium-sized seamless steel tube mills.
