    管坯熱定心頂錐推力的計(jì)算

    Calculation of Thrust Force of Tip-cone for Billet Hot-centering

    • 摘要: 用解析法和有限元法分析了無縫鋼管管坯的熱定心過程,得到了在不同工藝條件下的頂錐推力。通過解析法和有限元分析可知:頂錐推力與管坯鋼種、定心溫度、推進(jìn)速度、摩擦因數(shù)、定心孔大小等有關(guān)。所推導(dǎo)的公式及相關(guān)計(jì)算對(duì)熱定心設(shè)備的選型和模具設(shè)計(jì)具有理論指導(dǎo)意義。

       

      Abstract: With the analytical method and the finite element method(FEM),the hot-centering process of the billet for rolling seamless steel tube is analyzed,and consequently the tip-cone thrust forces under different process conditions are obtained. Based on the analyses,it is identified that the tip-cone thrust force is in related to such elements as steel type of the billet,centering temperature,thrust speed,friction factor,and size of the centering hole. The deduced formula and relevant calculation can be used for theoretical instructions for type selection of the centering equipment and designing of the dies.
