    波形孔型在自動(dòng)軋管機(jī)上的應(yīng)用

    APPLICATION OF WAVED GROOVE TO PLUG PIPE MILL

    • 摘要: 波形孔型的周邊為一衰減的正弦波。自動(dòng)軋管機(jī)采用波形孔型,整個(gè)孔型周邊變形均勻,有利于改善孔型頂部的壓下量,減輕孔型磨損,減少軋卡及鋼管的壁厚不均。介紹了波形孔型的變形原理、設(shè)計(jì)與加工以及應(yīng)用情況。

       

      Abstract: The circumference of the waved groove is in a form of a weakening sine wave.There are number of advantages resulted from the employment of the wave groove by the plug,mill,such as uniform deformation along with the whole circumference of the groove,easier of control the groove top screw-down,less groove-die wear,less frequency of jaming during rolling as well as better pipe wall thickness evenness.Also involved are the deformation theory, design,machining and operational performance of the waved groove.
