    Application of PLC to Control System of Drill Pipe Chain Transfer

    • 摘要: 原傳送鉆桿的直流伺服驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)因元器件老化等原因,其可靠性差。由可編程控制器、脈沖輸送模塊、伺服控制器、人機界面組成的石油鉆桿生產(chǎn)線鉆桿傳送鏈條自動控制系統(tǒng)具有可靠性高、抗干擾能力強以及維護方便等特點,適應了傳動控制技術向交流傳動發(fā)展的趨勢。詳細介紹了該系統(tǒng)的組成、工作原理及軟硬件設計。

       

      Abstract: Owing to some problems like aging of the components,the old DC servo drive system of the drill pipe transfer mechanism had become less reliable.The newly-built automatic control system of the chain transfer of the oil drill pipe production line consists such major parts as PLC,pulse transmission module,servo controller and HMI etc.,and is in possession of advantages namely,high reliability,strong anti-interference ability and easy maintenance.The solution is in the light of the general development trend of transmission control technology to-wards the AC transmission.Elaborated in the paper are the major aspects of the said control system such as the configuration,work principle and software/hardware design.
