    • 摘要: 簡述了鍋爐用焊接鋼管的優(yōu)勢,國內(nèi)外鍋爐用焊接鋼管的生產(chǎn)發(fā)展概況以及我國焊接鋼管用于鍋爐制造的情況。詳細(xì)介紹了鍋爐用焊接鋼管的質(zhì)量要求、品種和規(guī)格,鍋爐用焊接鋼管的幾種生產(chǎn)工藝方法,典型的制管工藝流程和生產(chǎn)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。對鍋爐用焊接鋼管生產(chǎn)提出了幾點(diǎn)建議。

       

      Abstract: Briefed in the paper are the advantages of the weld steel pipe for boiler service, the general situations of weld boiler pipe production and development both at home and abroad as well as the domestic situation concerning the application of welded steel pipes to boiler manufacture.Also detailed are main issues relating to the welded boiler steel pipe production, including quality requirements, pipe types and sizes, several manufacturing processes, typical manufacturing process flows and critical manufacture techniques.Finally, some proposals with respect to the production of the said pipe are put forward.
