油套管熱處理生產(chǎn)線水淬設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)與改進(jìn)

摘要: 介紹了寶山鋼鐵股份有限公司一條新增熱處理生產(chǎn)線的水淬設(shè)備。該設(shè)備在研發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)過程中,采用了國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)的“外淋+旋轉(zhuǎn)+內(nèi)噴”淬火工藝,在原有設(shè)備基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了多項(xiàng)技術(shù)革新。通過對(duì)該水淬設(shè)備的工作原理、淬火工藝、結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)的分析,說明了該設(shè)備改進(jìn)后與原有水淬設(shè)備在機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)、淬火效果、機(jī)械性能等方面的不同。生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐表明,該新增水淬設(shè)備具備提升產(chǎn)品附加值的能力。Abstract: Elaborated here is the newly-built water-quenching system located at Baoshan Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd. With employment of the advanced quenching process of “external showering + pipe rotating + internal spraying” as used both at home and abroad,the said quenching system is designed based on number of technological innovations to the original similar system. The working principle,quenching process and structural characteristics of the system are analyzed to demonstrate that the modified-type water-quenching system is much better than the original type in terms of mechanical structure,quenching effectiveness and mechanical properties of the pipe. The operation practice of the newly-designed system shows that it is capable of enhancing the added-values of the products.
