Computerized Optimum Control System for Tube Reheating Furnace and Its Application

摘要: 介紹了荒管再加熱爐計算機優(yōu)化控制系統(tǒng)的物料實時跟蹤、爐溫動態(tài)優(yōu)化、待軋及時處理等功能。實際應用結果表明,優(yōu)化控制系統(tǒng)的運行能夠保證各種工況下出爐荒管的加熱質量。Abstract: The paper describes the computerized optimum control system built up for the tube reheating furnace,covering such on line functions as ma terial-tracking,optimum gas temperature setting,standstill tactics,etc.Actual operations demonstrate that the said control system is capable of desired heating of tubes under variable working conditions.
