    鑲嵌式鉬合金穿孔頂頭的研制

    DEVELOPMENT OF THE Mo ALLOY INLAID PIERCING PLUG

    • 摘要: 介紹了鑲嵌式鉬合金穿孔頂頭的研制過程。具體分析了穿孔頂頭的使用工作條件和失效形式,對穿孔頂頭改進(jìn)的方案設(shè)計、材料選擇、結(jié)構(gòu)形式和加工工藝以及使用效果進(jìn)行了具體的介紹。鑲嵌式鉬合金穿孔頂頭尤其適用于低合金鋼及合金高壓鍋爐管的穿孔。

       

      Abstract: Developing process of the Mo alloy inlaid piercing plug is described and the working conditions and invalidity state of the plug are analyzed.The configuration,material selection,structure style,machining process and application result of the plug also described.The Mo alloy inlaid piercing plug is especially suitable for piercing of low alloy pipes and high pressure boiler pipes.
