    P91熱軋無縫鋼管中δ鐵素體的研究

    Research on δ Ferrite Contained in P91 Hot-rolled Seamless Steel Tube

    • 摘要: 鋼中存在δ鐵素體不僅會影響鋼管的性能,還會使鋼管產(chǎn)生內(nèi)、外折缺陷。分析了P91熱軋無縫鋼管中影響δ鐵素體形成的因素及其對熱軋P91無縫鋼管質(zhì)量的影響,提出了通過優(yōu)化成分設(shè)計,控制鋼錠成分偏析和熱軋穿孔溫度等措施避免P91熱軋無縫鋼管中δ鐵素體形成的建議。

       

      Abstract: Existence of δ ferrite in the steel will not only negatively affect the properties of the steel tube,but also lead to development of both inner and outer folds thereof.Analyzed is the elements that cause the formation of δ ferrite in the P91 hot-rolled seamless steel tube,and influence by such elements on quality of the tube.Based on the analysis,relevant technical proposals are put forward,including optimizing chemical composition of the steel,properly controlling the chemical segregation of the ingot,and the temperature for hot-rolling/piercing process in a bid to prevent formation of δ ferrite in the P91 hot-rolled seamless steel tube.
